ROJ Film in Competition
The film, which lasts 3 minutes, uses a combination of live footage and stop frame animation to tell the history behind the trip and the young people’s involvement in fundraising and mission activities.
One team of young people filmed and presented the live segments, a second team produced the animation (using 450 individual photographs for just 30 seconds of film) and a third team produced all the props and scenery.
We recently found out that our film has been short-listed as one of the top ten entries to the competition. The five films that receive the most public votes will be shown on the BIG screen at Soul Survivor in the summer.
